One Account Policy
Each member may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are created under the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, 8l88 reserves the right to close those accounts and confiscate the associated funds.
Accuracy of Information
The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and suspension of withdrawals. If your details change, contact the support team promptly.
3 Account Verification and Security
KYC Process
8l88 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, particularly at the time of withdrawal. Required documents may include:
- A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport
- A recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method (mobile number or screenshot)
If documents are not submitted within the specified time after being requested, account activity may be temporarily suspended.
Account Privacy
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the 8l88 support team immediately. 8l88 is not liable for any losses resulting from third-party access.
4 Deposit Rules
Accepted Methods and Limits
8l88 currently accepts the following mobile payment methods:
- bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
General Deposit Conditions
- The account used for the deposit must be registered in the member's own name.
- Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
- Deposited funds must always come from a source under the member's genuine ownership.
- 8l88 reserves the right to investigate and suspend suspicious deposit transactions.
5 Withdrawal Rules
Limits and Processing Time
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
- Standard processing time: 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- All wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be requested.
Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection
Withdrawals may be suspended or rejected in the following circumstances:
- KYC verification has not been completed
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
- Suspicious activity is detected on the account
- Evidence of multiple accounts is found
- There are discrepancies in the information provided
6 Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 120% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example:
- ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- ৳14,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳22,000
Wagering Requirements
To make bonus funds withdrawable, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
- Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit for using the bonus.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used together unless specifically authorized.
- If a violation of the terms is found after a bonus has been granted, the bonus will be forfeited.
- 8l88 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
7 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension and Closure

8l88 reserves the right to take the following actions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend an account — during an investigation
- Permanently close an account — in the event of a terms violation
- Hold and verify suspicious transactions
- Forfeit bonuses and winnings in the event of a terms violation
Right to close a member's account
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any pending bonus conditions not fulfilled before closure will result in the bonus being cancelled. Genuinely deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided there are no terms violations.
10 Limitation of Liability
The 8l88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make every effort, however 8l88 is not directly responsible for issues related to technical disruptions, maintenance breaks, or third-party services (payment providers, game developers).
Limitation of Compensation
- Any game result arising from a technical error may be voided.
- 8l88 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection or device issues.
- 8l88 is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
- Maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual deposit amount made by the member.
